Step by Step Process
- First, we'll form a basic needs assessment to learn more about the client and their likes/dislikes and this will usually take place on a phone call or through e-mail
- Another talk with the family and/or an in-home preliminary visit will take place to assess the environment and understand expectations for the family-including the member receiving our in home care to understand how we can help
- After a service agreement is reached we will discuss our agency's policy and procedures, clients rights and complaint process
- Next, we'll discuss and develop a personal care plan for your loved one. This plan is tailored to your loved one's specific needs. We make detailed recommendations on exactly what kind of services we feel would benefit them
- Then, we will develop a weekly schedule based on the care and critical times needed
- Lastly, a daily checklist of notes are logged pertaining to the care your loved one received by our caregivers is kept on record and available for your reference
